Welder

Wilson Recruitment is currently seeking a Sub-Assembly Welder to join a expanding team in Daventry. This role requires basic welding experience and a keen eye for detail to meet the high standards expected by the company’s Automotive OE clients. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
Use MIG and/or TIG welding equipment to manufacture parts according to production schedules.
Prepare tools, equipment, and parts for welding activities.
Track works orders and processes via the company’s shop floor data systems and ERP.
Perform additional duties as needed.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a 37.5-hour workweek. Pay is up to £13.03 per hour. Applicants must have at least one year of MIG welding experience and must be able to commute or relocate to Daventry
