Recruitment Consultant

Wilson Recruitment is looking for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team of four. This is a warm desk with existing clients and candidates, but you will also be expected to develop new business opportunities to maximise success. Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement.
• Building on an existing warm desk while proactively sourcing new business.
• Developing and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent for permanent positions.
• Negotiating terms, closing deals, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.

• Experience as a 360 recruitment consultant, ideally in permanent recruitment.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and sales abilities.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven with a proactive mindset.
