About the Role

We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our Client’s dynamic team. Reporting to the Parts Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts service. You will work closely with customers, technicians, and other departments to provide an efficient and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret customer needs and supply parts efficiently using the parts catalogue.
• Order and manage stock in line with operational needs.
• Check and store incoming stock accurately and update records.
• Assist with the delivery and collection of parts when needed.
• Handle customer enquiries in person and over the phone in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain accurate booking and invoicing of parts.
• Support stock control, including regular stock checks.
• Process warranty and old unit stock returns.
• Work closely with technicians and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a parts environment, ideally in the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with the Kerridge/ADP computer system.
• A current and clean UK driving license.
