MEP Quantity Surveyor

Wilson Recruitment is proud to represent a highly regarded construction firm seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on dynamic projects, ensuring precision, efficiency, and profitability across the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting for MEP projects.
Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and procurement schedules.
Conduct detailed cost analysis and value engineering for MEP systems.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data and progress.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient delivery.
Handle project variations, claims, and final account negotiations.
Maintain compliance with legal and contractual standards.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the MEP sector.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Familiarity with relevant software and tools for cost management and reporting.
A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
