Are you an experienced Head Chef looking for flexible, temporary assignments? We are seeking skilled professionals to work across Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire in a variety of establishments.

Key Responsibilities:

– Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations
– Designing and preparing high-quality dishes
– Ensuring all food meets health & safety standards
– Leading and managing kitchen staff
– Managing stock, orders, and supplier relationships
– Ensuring smooth service during busy periods
– Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Requirements:

– NVQ Level 1 & 2 in Professional Cookery
– Valid Food Safety Certificate
– Own knives & full chef whites
– DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
– Own transport (essential)
– Previous experience as a Head Chef
